This notice explains what information Suprematica AI, Inc. (“Suprematica AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) gathers about the people who use our website (https://suprematic.ai), applications, platforms, tools, and related offerings (together, the “Services”) — and how we use, share, and otherwise handle it. Current, former, or prospective participants in our surveys should also read the Participant Privacy Notice, available here.

Throughout this notice, “you” refers to anyone who interacts with the Services — a customer, a visitor to the site, a job applicant, or someone acting for a company we work with.

By using or accessing the Services, you consent to our collecting and handling information in the ways this notice describes.

1. Changes to This Privacy Notice

This notice will change from time to time. Where a change is material, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and do whatever applicable law additionally requires. If you keep using the Services after a revision takes effect, you accept the notice as revised.

2. Collection and Use of Information

Using the Services means certain categories of information about you reach us, from several sources. Beyond the specific purposes described below, we draw on this information to run and improve the Services and to maintain our relationship with you — keeping the Services safe and secure, supporting customers, meeting our legal obligations, enforcing whatever terms of service apply, and protecting our rights along with those of our employees, users, and others.

A. Information You Provide to Us

Certain features of the Services ask you for information directly, including information about yourself. Providing it is your choice, though without it some features may be closed to you. What you submit directly through the Services includes:

• Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, company, and address. These let us set up and maintain your account and deliver the Services, including telling you about products or services we think may interest you.
• Account credentials — a username, password, and security questions, used to run the Services and to keep your account maintained and secure. If you register an account, guarding its credentials is your responsibility; we advise sharing them with no one. Contact us at once if you believe your account has been compromised.
• The content of your messages to us — for instance when you write through the Services or ask for support.
• Payment details — bank account, credit or debit card numbers, and a billing address, gathered through a third-party payment processor. We use these to take your payment and deliver the Services, demos of the Services included.
• Application materials — what your resume or CV contains, your references, and your work history. We use these to handle your application for employment and weigh your candidacy.
• Form submissions— messages and details sent through the “Request a demo” and waitlist forms, which we use to reach you and to deliver the Services.

B. Information Collected Automatically

Alongside what you give us, we and third parties may set cookies, pixels, and similar technologies that record how you interact with the Services on their own. What they record helps tailor the experience to you, power analytics, and show us how the Services are actually used. It includes:

• Details of your device — its type, browser, unique identifier, operating system, and IP address
• Approximate location, worked out from that IP address
• Records of activity within the Services — logs, usage and other clickstream data, and when each interaction happened
• How you handle what we send you — whether our messages were opened, for example

C. Information from Third Parties

Information about you can also reach us from outside — some gathered by us from third parties directly, some passed on by third parties at your choosing. Sources of this kind include:

• Analytics providers, Google Analytics among them
• Career and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn or Indeed
• Business partners, including the third-party platforms that recruit our survey participants

Whatever arrives from outside sources is handled under this notice like anything else. We cannot vouch for the accuracy of what third parties tell us, and their policies and practices are their own, not ours.

We may also strip your information of anything that could reasonably identify you or be traced back to you — or receive it already stripped — and put such deidentified or anonymized information to any use.

3. Disclosure of Information

For legitimate purposes, and within the bounds of this notice, your information may be shared with third parties in these categories:

• Vendors and service providers who help us deliver the Services — covering system administration, web analytics, customer relationship management, security, cloud storage, marketing communications, payment networks, and payment processing
• Our affiliates and other members of our corporate group
• Professional advisors — lawyers, auditors, and consultants
• Parties to an asset sale, merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other business transaction, actual or anticipated

We may likewise share information where the law or an obligation under it demands, or where our legitimate interests call for it — cooperating with law enforcement, judicial orders, and regulatory inquiries, enforcing applicable terms of service, and keeping our business, employees, and users safe and secure.

4. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Browsers generally accept cookies on their own, but their settings let you take control of them. Bear in mind that with cookies blocked, parts of the Services may stop working properly.

Google Analytics. To stay out of Google Analytics tracking, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Do Not Track.Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal to the sites you visit. Ours, like most, was not built to answer such signals.

5. Third-Party Links and Websites

The Services may point you to websites or platforms belonging to others. Where a link leads somewhere we neither control nor are affiliated with, read the privacy notice, policies, and terms that apply there — the privacy, security, and content of those places are not our responsibility. Remember too that anything you post in public or semi-public venues, third-party social networks included, may be visible to other users of the Services or of those platforms, with no limit on how it might be used. Linking to a platform is not, in itself, an endorsement of it, its content, or whoever owns and operates it.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information no longer than the purposes in this notice reasonably require. Judging that period means weighing several things: whether the information is still needed to serve you, settle a dispute, hold up our contractual agreements, prevent harm, uphold safety, security, and integrity, or defend ourselves — our rights, our property, and our products among them.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no defence is impenetrable and “perfect security” is not something anyone can promise. What you send us electronically — through the Services or otherwise — may be exposed in transit. Do not use unsecured channels for anything sensitive or confidential.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not built for children, and we neither seek nor knowingly gather personal information about them. Should we learn we have collected a child’s information without knowing it — above all a child under 13 — we will make commercially reasonable efforts to purge it from our records. A parent or guardian of a child under 13 whose information has reached us can ask for its deletion using the contact details below.

9. International Transfers

Suprematica AI is a United States company. Use the Services from anywhere else and the information we collect may still travel to, sit in, and be processed within the United States or other countries beyond the one you live in.
